K.Cekmece Disabled Active Living Center

Scope: There are various units within the Disabled Active Living Center which was developed as a social project by Kucukcekmece Municipality. Therapy pool, restaurant, bungalows, personnel changing rooms, watchman’s cabin, jewelery and general warehouse steel construction projects, general arrangement drawings and typical details are prepared from these units. The reinforced concrete parapet, foundation, tie beams and field concrete details of the structures are also provided within the scope of the project. There are also two piers that provide access to the Kucukcekmece Lake on the edge of the center. The design load and berthing loads of the piers and piles are taken into consideration according to the DLH Regulation.

Kapsam: Küçükçekmece belediyesi tarafından sosyal bir proje olarak geliştirilen Engelli Aktif Yaşam Merkezi içerisinde çeşitli üniteler bulunmaktadır. Bu ünitelerden terapi havuzu, restoran, bungalovlar, personel soyunma odaları, bekçi kulübesi, taklar ve genel depoya ait çelik yapı projeleri, genel yerleşim resimleri ve tipik detayları hazırlanmıştır. Yapıların betonarme parapet, temel, bağ kirişleri ve saha betonu detayları da proje kapsamında sağlanmıştır. Merkezin kenarında bulunan Küçükçekmece gölüne ulaşımı sağlayan iki adet iskele de bu projenin içerisine dahildir. İskele ve kazıklarının tasarımda dalga yükü ve gemi yanaşma yükleri DLH Yönetmeliğine göre dikkate alınmıştır.
