Scope: Static calculations for steel platforms, vertical elevator structure and pipe bridge between steel silos in the plant, preparation of steel detailing, parts, manufacturing and general layout drawings are included. Turkish Seismic Design Code and TS 648 were used in this project. We also have architectural details like stairs, scaffolding and finishing. 2. The mechanical design of the shots, transporters, pipes and final bunkers required for the pneumatic transport of the carbon black material on stage is carried out by us. Isometric drawings and pipe and bunker bearings of these pipes are also included. While the enlargement project was being carried out, in-situ measurements were made at the factory and the relays were taken.
